Recommended to use on dry hair for more manageable feel and all day restyling, can also be applied to wet or towel dry hair for a different setting once hair is dry. Place a small dab of brilliantine onto palm of hand, rub once vigorously, then smooth hands over hair from front to back. This can be repeated on sides for extra slick look.
